As suggested to me by BJ, while I am in this temporary blog and reading lag, I should post small simple posts for the time being. I think it’s a great idea!
So, recently I took out a copy of Les Miserables from the library. I was not aware it was so thick! Instead of reading it all at once, I thought maybe I can read it in conjunction with other books. Then I thought back on 1Q84 and how I have still not picked it up again because of being intimidated by its size. I began wondering if me reading it while reading other books if would make a difference. When I thought about it, I don’t think I have ever read more then one book at a time.
Do any of you guys do that? If so, do you have a schedule or do you just wing it? I would love to know and maybe even get some pointers! 🙂
I used to read more than one book at a time, probably an old habit from college, but now I stick to just one. If your reading two books at once, just be sure it’s not Less Mis and War and Peace… You may never finish 🙂

I can read countless books together. (As in, I’ve read thirty at once before.) Makes finishing anything a bit tough. 🙂
